This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") constitutes a legally binding contract between the Customer (Controller) and ADR Systems (Processor) pursuant to Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and supplements the Terms of Service.

BY CONTINUING TO USE OUR SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS DPA. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, YOU MUST NOT USE THE ADR INVENTORY APPLICATION.

Data Protection Laws
All applicable laws and regulations relating to the processing of personal data, including GDPR, CCPA, LGPD, and similar legislation.
Personal Data
Any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person processed by the Processor on behalf of the Controller.
Processing
Any operation or set of operations performed on Personal Data, whether or not by automated means.
Security Incident
Any unauthorized or unlawful breach of security leading to accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, or access.
